Shipping Policy

Thexton Manufacturing Company ships primarily via UPS, FedEx and USPS. We do our best to ship your order within 1 business day after we receive completed payment.

NEXT DAY ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 11 AM TO BE RECEIVED THE NEXT DAY

Please Note: Thexton has limited hours on Friday. Therefore, orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday (provided it is not a holiday).

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 11 AM THURSDAY MAY NOT SHIP UNTIL FOLLOWING MONDAY

Return Policy

All Thexton Manufacturing Company products are guaranteed against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year after date of purchase. All returns must include proof of purchase. The warranty is void for products which have been abused, altered or worn beyond their normal serviceable life.
